Four years ago, SteelTech embarked on a transformative partnership with Goodwill, a union rooted in a shared commitment to bridging the digital divide and fostering tech literacy. Our collaboration aimed to devise and deliver IT training programs tailored specifically for individuals seeking entry into the burgeoning tech industry.
At the core of our partnership was the vision to create accessible learning pathways. We launched a series of IT training initiatives, ranging from in-person workshops to flexible eLearning modules and dynamic virtual classrooms. These platforms were designed to cater to various learning preferences and schedules, ensuring that every participant could benefit, regardless of their starting point.
